Handmade bohemian dreamcatcher wall hanging built from vintage kantha and sari fabric. The ring is wrapped in orange block-print cotton and laced with a twisted multicolor cord web, accented with glass beads in green, blue, and red. A crocheted cream doily sits at the center of the web.  Five stuffed fabric bells hang from the piece, each hand-stitched in a different kantha print (blue, black and white floral, red/yellow/lavender) and finished with red and green pom poms and glass beads. Long torn strips of kantha and sari cloth stream from both sides and the bottom in green, purple, magenta, cream, and rose. The hanger cord above the ring carries a small mirrored medallion, a beaded section, and a sixth fabric bell.  Every element is hand sewn with visible white running stitch, the signature kantha technique. No two pieces are alike, so the fabrics and placement on this one are unique to it.
