This is a copper tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) pan from Nihonbashi Kiya. East-style (Aji 049), 1.5mm thick copper with a tin-plated surface.
This product is meticulously finished one by one by skilled artisans.
Copper has high thermal conductivity and is characterized by bringing out the natural flavors of ingredients, allowing you to cook fluffy, evenly cooked, and delicious dashi maki tamago (Japanese rolled omelet with dashi stock).
